Return & Refund Policy

At MedizoneOnline.com - by Ezone Healthcare, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a return and refund policy, valid for up to 7 days from the date of delivery. Request of refunds accepted by our admin team will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of the acceptance and the credit to customer is subject to their payment method.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.


3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are exempt from being returned. These include:
Perishable goods (such as certain medical supplies).
Customized or personalized items.
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned after the 7-day return period.


4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at ezonehealthcare@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number, a description of the issue, and whether you would like a refund or replacement.
Return Authorization: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Do not send the product back without receiving a return authorization from us.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or the product was defective.


5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.


6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@medizoneonline.com or apply via website
